Smart Water Meters
M2 SOLUTIONS sMART WATER METERS
Our smart water meters are currently available in LoRa (RF) and NB-IoT and are available for residential as well as commercial use (bulk meters). Both the LoRa and the NB-IoT meters have valves with remote valve control as well as remote reading of the meters in real-time including the bulk meters. Our smart water meters provide an excellent solution especially for building owners, body corporates and property developers as well as anyone else who would like to manage their usage better and prevent the risk of leaving leaks unattended. All the meters can be configured as pre-paid or post-paid according to the individual's requirements.
Our smart water meters are available in the following sizes in both LoRa and NB-IoT versions where DN is the nominal diameter of the meter:

Smart Electricity Meters
m2 solutions smart electricity meters
There are currently two types of M2 Solutions smart electricity meters available one using WI-FI and the other LoRa (RF). Both meters are DIN Rail type making them robust and simple to install in homes as well as in commercial buildings. Both the WI-FI and LoRa smart meters are 230VAC @ 50Hz and have relays built into them allowing for the smart electricity meters to be switched on/off remotely. Both meters are extremely accurate and can read the following parameters:
Total Active Power, Total Reactive Power, Voltage, Current, Frequency, Power Factor & many others
These parameters can be applied in specific equations from which other parameters can be derived which will allow the individual/commercial building owner to gage the electrical energy efficiency of their building.
All the meters can be configured as pre-paid or post-paid according to the individual's requirements.

Smart Gas Meters
m2 solutions smart gas meters
We are currently utilizing LoRa gas meters which have built-in valves which can be remotely controlled in real-time via our fully-customizable software interface. These meters have an extremely high level of accuracy and can be used in both residential as well as commercial applications. The meters are very rugged (IP68) making them suitable for outdoor installation. They utilize standard AA batteries and can last up to 7 years on these batteries. The simple and easy-to-use yet highly advanced software interface will provide users with a early notifications so that they can have the gas cylinders re-filled/replaced prior to them running empty with no warning. The software platform will also use the built-in geolocation function to access the meter's installed location and thereby suggest gas retailers nearby who can replenish their gas. Since the gas meters using LoRa (RF) communication, these meters can be installed anywhere in the world including in remote locations.

Cold chain monitoring
smart refrigerant monitors
These devices are ultra compact and rugged (IP68) and can be used in harsh, cold environment for long periods of time. These devices are manufactured with an external stainless-steel temperature probe and they are battery powered which makes deployment ultra simple as they simply just have to be placed in a refrigerator, freezer or cold-room and they are good to go. These smart refrigerant devices use WI-FI to transmit data to the cloud where it is received and interpreted by our amazing software interface. They can measure temperature, humidity, dew point as well as the device's battery life (about 2 years) on standard D-type (torch) batteries. As soon as the temperature goes out of range i.e., the user will receive real-time notifications via E-mail, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram etc. indicating a possible malfunction. These devices can also be manufactured according to individual requirements in different sizes to measure different ranges of parameters.
